My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in mindfulness. I recognize that our relationships, culture, values, and life experiences influence how we see ourselves and the world around us. Together, we'll explore these influences with curiosity and compassion while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
